Cork Autism will use Softworks Solutions for rostering their 150 employees, as well as for tracking time & attendance, managing absences and holiday requests.
Following a search process, Softworks was awarded the contract against stiff competition from within Ireland and the wider European region. Softworks Solutions are already used by many other Healthcare organisations in Ireland, including Beaumont Hospital, The Bon Secours Health System, The Beacon Hospital and The National Maternity Hospital to name but a few.
CAA particularly liked Softworks Mobile App which allows employees to clock in and out via their phone as well as manage absences and holidays. CAA also like Softworks HR Solution which provides them with an overview of all employees, enabling them to effectively optimise staff performance.
