Christine Healy has been appointed as the Global Head of Projects. With over 30 years of experience managing large-scale projects and high-performing teams, Christine holds a BSc in Psychology and Computer Science from UCD. Her extensive expertise includes Project and Programme Management, Information Systems, KPI Design, Process Mapping, Quality Management, and Business Strategy. As Global Head of Projects, Christine will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for implementing Softworks Workforce Management Solutions for clients in Ireland and globally.
Cassandra Hogan has been appointed as People and Learning Development Specialist. She will work with teams across the organisation to support Softworks’ internal training and development goals. Cassandra brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to the company’s onboarding and training initiatives.
Leonardo Augustin Greco joins Softworks as a Project Manager. Leonardo will focus on ensuring the successful rollout of Softworks Workforce Management Software for key clients ensuring implementations deliver on each client’s unique goals and business objectives.
